Sharing warmth to Northern Thai, Chiangrai

Welcoming by Chiangrai Governor, Mr. Sanit Rangnoi, Director-General of the Revenue Department, together with the Revenue Department’s executives gave blankets, jackets, sport equipments, and computers to students and villagers at Thammajarig Upatham 1 School Community, Maechan District, Chiangrai Province. In this occasion, Chiangrai Governor also presided in the opening ceremony of the living library for the students and villagers, December 2,2007.
