                         Following the government announcement on setting 16-17 April 2009 to be additional official holidays whereas Thursday 16 April 2009 was the deadline for filing P.P. 30 and P.T. 40 for the payments occurred in March 2009, Mr. Vinai Vittavasgarnvej, Director-General of the Revenue Department, announced that all the entrepreneurs who registered for value added tax and specific business tax may file their P.P. 30 and P.T. 40 forms for March 2009 by Monday 20 April 2009 at their respective area revenue branch offices or via internet (www.rd.go.th) without any penalty or surcharge. This is an extension of filing period made under the Revenue Code.
