                         The Revenue Department (RD) has cooperated with Government Contact Centre, Ministry of ICT for the provision of RD’s basic information to enable citizens to make their personal income tax return inquiries through telephone number 1111. This service is very useful during personal income tax filing period for the year 2008 which taxpayers have to file by March 2009.

                         Mr. Satit Rungkasiri, Principal Advisor and RD’s Spokesman said that “The provision of personal income tax return PND 90 and 91 information and tax refund request tracking status through tel 1111 is another channel of service in addition to other services already provided by RD such as RD Call Centre (02 272 8000), www.rd.go.th and any RD’s branch revenue offices located throughout the country. The service will facilitate taxpayers to access their own information during tax filing period reducing time and improving customer satisfaction”.
